I'm not sure when it started, but I'm sure that my mother had something to do with it. Over the course of my 22 years of existence, I have quite adeptly become what would be called a "Bargain Shopper." While I can't say exactly what skills it requires to be a dedicated Bargain Shopper, I can tell you certain tips and tricks of the trade that I find to be particularly helpful.
