While he not be one of the most popular strips in the Sundays, and his comic books are not nearly as popular as they used to be, Archie is still around, and sadly, he lost a friend on February 8th. At the age of 85, Joe Edwards, "an artist who worked on the 1942 debut issue of Archie comics and later created the character Li'l Jinx, has died." You can read more about his passing here.
