Best known for his unique take on the classic monster in Mel Brooks' Young Frankenstein, and most recently for playing Ray Romano's curmudgeonly father on the 10 year long running sitcom, Everybody Loves Raymond, actor Peter Boyle, died yesterday after suffering from multiple myeloma and heart disease. I can remember watching Young Frankenstein with my younger brother and father as a child and how much we always laughed at the now infamous tap-dancing "Putting on the Ritz" scene and the much-mimicked soup and cigar scene.
